Noticeable symptoms are:

* Letting Obama get away with murder (American citizens assassinated by him, Benghazi, Fast and Furious cover up)

* Pointing to any decisions he makes (good or bad) and claiming it to be the right choice

* Automatically blaming the GOP (Obama's scapegoat) for anything that goes wrong even when he admits responsibility (Benghazi).

* Intentionally turning a blind eye to real facts in an effort to protect one's delusion that Obama can "do no harm."
